This is 100% pure Indian mustard oil. It is commonly used in cooking and pickling. Mustard oil has been widely used for centuries in the Eastern and Northern regions of India and in Bangladesh. The oil can also be used as a massage oil.
Please note: Due to US FDA regulations, all mustard oil imported into the US must be labeled "For External Use." It is fairly common to boil the oil to a high temperature, to its smoking point, and let it cool before use in cooking.
