Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Pav (Bun), Bread or Chapati.

Cook, peel and mash about 250g potatoes. Soak 50g green peas. Cook until tender and keep aside.   Heat 100g of butter. Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 50g chopped onion, 75g chopped capsicum and sauté for 3-4 min.     Now add 250g chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add 2 tsp (15g) MTR Pavbhaji masala and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.     Add mashed potato, cooked peas and salt to taste. Add water to get desired consistency and simmer for 5 min.     Add lemon juice to taste. Add mashed beetroot, cauliflower if desired.
