Flour mix to make dhoklas, a popular steamed lentil-based cake from Gujarat and Maharashtra. Usually eaten as a light snack, dhoklas are easy to prepare with this mix. Just blend the contents with yogurt, oil and water and steam in a baking tray greased with oil.
