Rice Sevaiya consists of twisted loops made of rice flour, topioca flour and potato flour and seasoned with spices and salt.It tastes best when deep fried in oil. It can be sprinkled with tangy chana or chaat masala or amchur powder. It makes for an excellent teatime snack and comes attractively packed in a colorful box.
