1 Small bunch cilantro leaves
4 Green chiles, drained
2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon(s) Ginger, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) Turmeric
2 pound(s) Firm-fleshed fish fillets (catfish, red snapper, or grouper) cut into 2 pieces each
Rice flour, for dusting

Instructions:
1. Using a mortar and pestle or small food processor, make the masala by grinding the cilantro, chiles, garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, lime juice, and salt into a smooth, semi-dry paste.
2. Dip each fish fillet in the masala, so that it is well coated on both sides.
