1/4 cup(s) Onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) Celery, diced
1/4 cup(s) Green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces

1 tablespoon(s) Horseradish
1 loaf Polish rye bread


Instructions:
1. Combine liverwurst, onion, celery, green pepper, lettuce, and carrots in a bowl. Chill.
2. Whisk oil, vinegar, horseradish, and salt for the dressing. Chill.
3. Toss liverwurst mixture with dressing. Serve on slices of Polish rye bread.
